School Lunch

From the January 18th, 1962 Catalina Islander  (all typos in the article have been left unchanged):

School Menu

Avalon Schools cafeteria menu for the week of January 22 to 26 is as follows:
Monday:  Spanish rice, buttered spinach, fresh apple wedges, toasted French bread, milk.
Tuesday.  Meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, chocolate pudding, carrot sticks, whole wheat bread-butter, milk.
Wednesday:  Chili beans, creamy slaw, peach half, hot buttered biscuit, butter, milk.
Thursday:  Oven fried chicken, masted potatoes with gravy, fruit gelatin, whole wheat bread, butter, milk.
Friday:  Cheese enchilada, buttered green beans, fruit cup supreme, whole wheat bread, butter, milk.

If you were only allowed to buy lunch once a week, as I was in grade school, which day would you choose?  Personally, I think the Friday option looks promising.  I would like to know what a fruit cup supreme was!
